MCATS™ runs as an application under Microsoft® Access®97 or later, for Windows®95, 98, 2000, XP, or later.

MCATS™ was not originally developed with any thought toward making it available for use outside Arsis Productions. In fact, we have never been extremely comfortable with sharing its power outside our organization. MCATS™ is not considered a profit center for Arsis Productions. Each business day we are prompted automatically as to which follow-up calls are scheduled for that day. The list can be printed out and checked off during the day to track closure. Even if we forget to schedule a callback, MCATS™ automatically schedules a follow-up call for 14 days after the last conversation with the client.
